Inside H&M Latest Collaboration: Alex Katz

The giant Swedish retailer is more popular today than ever for its successful collaborations with fashion designers such as Lanvin, Balmain and Versace that have sold out minutes after being released. To continue with the success H&M is teaming up this time with a different kind of artist. Alex Katz, an artist from New York famous for his large paintings and sculptures.

Katz' paintings are what you can call pop art. They're colorful portraits and landscapes fueled with pop culture and what's trending today in art. The H&M Alex Katz collection is supposed to celebrate Art Basel in Miami, this is why it will only be in Miami and online starting Thursday, December 1st. ​
