PERFECT YOUR MORNING ROUTINE (from the most successful people in the world)
Getting 7 to 8 hours of sleep (Don’t want to age? SLEEP…even if you feel like you don’t need this much, for instance, I’ve always slept a little, when you complete your hours, you feel extremely different, your body and mind are rested and recovered.
For all my life, I slept only like 4 hours and I used to blame it on my ADHD. Now, I’m still the same person but I know better.
Make your bed. I know it sounds simple but when you go back to your basics you can transform your life. When you take pride in your personal space, you feel good. This also sets you up for success because of the momentum it creates.
MOVE your body. It doesn’t have to be physically demanding but moving your body, helps you have a healthy body and MIND. I deal with my mental health through exercise.
Cold Showers. I recommend you to research Wim Hof. The benefits are endless, especially for your immune system.
Meditation. Deep breathing, mindful breathing. Expressing gratitude while you breathe. Put yourself in a state of awareness of yourself and your surroundings. Set up an intention for the day in this state before you take on your day.
But how? Get comfortable, sitting preferably. Take a deep breath. Close your eyes. Breath more and let anything that comes to your mind flow easily. It will happen when it’s supposed to happen. When you have a clear mind. Set up the intention ‘to create what you want to create regardless of what happens around you. You decide the type of energy you want to put out.
Why you should have a better morning routine? Because it sets the tone for the rest of the day. If you start your day consuming others’ people content on your phone (maybe comparing yourself) or being lazy, feeling stressed about what you have to do, distracted. Then it will very hard to turn around your day.
